Discounts and Bonuses
The following described bonuses are remunerations to managers, starting with Leader and through to Vice President. These bonuses are for the efforts and accomplishments of business activities within their respective organizations.
ACTIVE LEADER BONUS
Is a 3% bonus from your managers on your first and second qualifying levels, being intended for leaders and division leaders who are actively sponsoring new consultants. This bonus will be paid out regardless of the positions of your new consultants.
LEVEL BONUSES
Is a bonus ranging from 6% to 18% of the volumes of your managers, and the percent is determined by the position achieved by yourself. The level bonuses are paid out up to your ninth qualified level. This bonus will be paid out regardless of the position of your business builders.
INFINITY BONUSES Is a 1% to 4% bonus starting from the position of Regional Network Director through to Vice President. The amount is determined by the position achieved, and the volumes of your Business Builders within your organization. This infinity bonus is paid out down through to your next qualifying level without any limitations. This bonus belongs to all business builders who have met all specified requirements and have not been matched or surpassed in the business builder positions that then would become entitled to this bonus.
NOTE: all bonuses are calculated in the % of the volumes of your personal organizations derived from the PAYOUT SCHEDULE (for further information of the payout schedule refer to training manual).
